Air Rapid 2000

Used to overturn some types of footwear that need to be sewn on the top or in other places or that need a ‘reverse’ seam. The fully pneumatic machine has been entirely designed to work with compressed air in order to find a good compromise between the speed and pressure adjustments and to solve the footwear inside out turning problem. The upper-holding expansion pliers and the upper-driving belt allow a quick and precise inside out turning operation.

The different adjustments and the perfect synchronism of movements totally eliminate the severe problem of manual inside out turning.

Air  System 1000

Used to facilitate the positioning and fixing of the form inside some types of shoes such as slippers or shoes open on the back. The operation of this machine is totally pneumatic, thus improving the adjusting operation when the upper is put and fixed on the shoe-tree.

The different standard accessories allow to indifferently assemble men, women and children footwear. A special device allows the operator to select the shoe-tree positioning (stroke) in the upper.
